Do women need a hair transplant?
As with women, women too can benefit from using the FUE hair transplantation procedure to boost density or decrease their hairline. The manual methods employed at our clinic can result in high-density implants and deliver outstanding results. Grafts (donor's hair) will be transferred from behind your scalp and then implanted into areas with less density or along your hairline.
Do I need to shave my head?
To remove donor grafts off the inside side of your scalp, we'll have to cut an area on your donor region. We will cut hair away from the strip. The size of the area shaved will depend on the nature of the procedure and the number of grafts to be removed.
To ensure implantation, we do not cut at the upper part of your scalp if the procedure is carried out on the hairline, particularly where the goal of the hair transplant is to decrease the hairline. If the grafts are implanted to increase density on top of the scalp and have to be implanted between hair already in place, we may require trimming. It depends on the particular situation. Are the results for female hair transplants 100% guaranteed?
Female hair loss could be due to a myriad of causes. Grafts transplanted can be lost in the future if the root reason for hair loss remains not treated. The grafts that we transplant may remain susceptible to the conditions that resulted in your initial loss of hair. You must assess every case individually to provide additional details.
