Booking a Date

We'll require a deposit to hold a date for your transplant in certain cases. If you reside near Istanbul city or nearby, our team will coordinate your transfer to the hospital and return at the time of the transplant. We will assist with the hotel reservations you make upon the request.

You will receive thorough step-by-step instructions before your arrival. You must read the guide. This guide will provide information regarding your hotel transfers, reservations (if booked through us) and additional information regarding your travel plans. The guide contains an emergency number that you can dial to contact us in case of problems during your arrival or stay in Istanbul.
